Q: Are your products like kids table, kids chair, kids balance bike easily to install?

A: Our products are simple to assemble, some styles no need the tool, have fully assembled. It has instruction and video to show how to install.

Q: Where is your factory located?

A: We are in Ningbo,China

Q: If OEM is acceptable?

A:Of course, OEM is welcomed.

Q: How about the delivery time?

A: Sample or trail order can be delivery within 10days if we have in stock. Normal production time is about 20-30days.

Q: Could we ask if all the products like kids table, kids furniture,kids tricycle ,kids toys,kids softlines are produced by Tonglu?

A: We have a wooden workshop, injection workshop, hardware workshop, mold workshop, and sewing workshop. We can design and produce a product combine with different material and processing.

Q: What certification do you have?

A: We have ISO 9001, BSCI, EN71, ASTM, CCC and so on.
