Q: Can I get a sample before mass production?

A: Yes, after confirm the price, you can require samples to check the quality.  The sample charge and delivery fee are negotiable.

Q: How about the delivery time?

A: Sample or trail order can be delivery within 10days if we have in stock.  Normal production time is about 20-30days.

Q: How to prepare my artwork files for printing?

A: The artwork format could be AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, etc.  No less than 15000dpi, and the higher, the better.
